Tourist information centre
Our Tourist information centre is situated on the square in the historical city centre. For more than 20 years, we provide tourist information about the city, the NP Slovak Paradise and the South Spiš region.
You can find here free information materials of Spišská Nová Ves and its surroundings, rich offer of tourist maps, travel guides, books and souvenirs. We can take you to the church tower that is the highest church tower in Slovakia with its 87m, and to the dolls´ exhibition placed in the historical building of the Town Hall. We will store your luggage, sell tickets for some cultural events in the city, sell tickets for railway transport, and provide for travel insurance. Free internet connection is taken for granted.

Tickets are available before the ascent in the Tourist Information Centre.

Monday - Friday at 10:00, 11:00 am, 1:00, 2:00, 3:00, 4:00, 5:00 pm
Saturday 10:00, 12:00 am (+ 2:00, 4:00 pm July - August)

Saturday - Sunday: Only groups by previous reservation. Church tower ascents must be agreed and paid in TIC no later than 12:00 am on Friday.
